The Workers' Compensation Court has revised its Rules, effective March 15, 2018.  The official text of the revised Rules is available on the website of the Secretary of State, but can also be accessed using the following link to our website:

In conjunction with the revised Rules, the Workers' Compensation Court has amended its Scheduling Order form to reflect the revisions. Please review the new format, once issued in your pending matter, and contact the Court with any questions.
