Judge Shea discontinued the topics index searches on January
1, 2006, for Workers' Compensation Court decisions. Topic index searches
are reinstated, however, the State search engine is a valuable legal research
tool. Help navigating the state's research tool is set forth in Judge Shea's
March 28, 2006 memo.
