Glaude v. State Compensation Ins. Fund, 271 Mont. 136, 894 P.2d 940 (05/04/95) This section states that “whenever the meaning of a word or phrase is defined in any part of this code, such definition is applicable to the same word or phrase wherever it occurs, except where a contrary intention plainly appears.” In the circumstances of this case, to properly determine who qualifies as an employee of the alleged employer under section 39-71-405(1), MCA (1993), reference must be made to section 39-71-117(4), MCA (1993). |
