On June 20, 1994, this Court issued its FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW, and entered its JUDGMENT in the above-entitled matter. The Judgment provided for an award of costs to the petitioner and directed that:

Claimant shall submit his affidavit of costs within 20 days. Respondent shall have 10 days in which to file any objections to claimant's affidavit of costs.

On June 24, 1994, the CLAIMANT'S STATEMENT OF COSTS and the AFFIDAVIT OF CLAIMANT'S COUNSEL IN SUPPORT OF CLAIMANT'S STATEMENT OF COSTS were filed. The total recoverable costs requested by petitioner is $3,191.47. Respondent did not file any objections to the requested costs.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that costs in the amount of $3,191.47 be paid directly to counsel for the petitioner.
