AMENDED ORDER GRANTING COSTS

On July 11, 1994, this Court entered an order granting costs in the amount of $3,191.47. The order noted that the insurer filed no objections to claimant's affidavit of costs.

Thereafter, the insurer filed on July 13, 1994, montana schools group insurance authority's motion to amend order granting costs along with a supporting brief. The motion objects to the award of $350.00 for Dr. Robinson's deposition fee and requests that it be deleted from the award. Petitioner's counsel has no objection to the motion.

THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the original order granting costs is rescinded. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED respondent shall pay costs in the amount of $2,841.47 to counsel for the petitioner.
