Pardis [05/10/06] 2006 MTWCC 21 Although the insurer put forth credible statistical data which demonstrated that a chiropractor performed an average number of treatments on four subject patients which far exceeded the average number of treatments conducted by chiropractic providers statewide on patients insured by Medicare or Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana, the insurer did not put forth evidence that any of these specific four patients were overtreated.
