[12/16/09] 2009 MTWCC 38 The Court concluded that an insurer who was otherwise liable for Petitioner’s occupational disease claim was not liable for the medical expenses occurred when Petitioner suffered an anxiety attack brought on by her fear of telling her supervisor that she had been diagnosed with an occupational disease.
