Evidence: Exhibits: Generally

Peters v. American Zurich Ins. Co. [02/11/14] 2014 MTWCC 4 Where Petitioner argued for reconsideration, contending that the Court had overlooked evidence presented, the Court held that Petitioner had the burden of informing the Court as to how the evidence was critical to his case.  Instead, the Court found, Petitioner attached a document as an exhibit without any context, and in which the Court saw no meaning or significance without explanation.
