Householder v. Republic Indemnity Co. [12/05/01] 2001 MTWCC 61 It is improper for a claimant's attorney to directly contact the employer since insurer's counsel represents the interests of the employer as well as the insurer. Such contact violates Rule 4.2 of the Rules of Professional Conduct.
