¶1 Pursuant to section 39-71-2910(2), MCA, and finding good cause, this Court ORDERS that the judgment in this matter, and any execution thereon, are hereby stayed pending resolution of the appeal to the Supreme Court.

¶2 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that requirement for posting a supersedeas bond is waived.
