¶1 All issues now having been resolved, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the petitioners' requests for impairment awards are denied. The petitions in these matters are dismissed with respect to the impairment awards and this judgment is certified as final for all purposes, including purposes of appeal.

¶2 Any party to this dispute may have 20 days in which to request a rehearing from this Judgment.
