IN THE WORKERS' COMPENSATION COURT OF THE STATE OF MONTANA J.W. (BILL) RASMUSSEN Petitioner vs. STATE COMPENSATION INSURANCE FUND Respondent/Insurer for MOSCH ELECTRIC, INCORPORATED Employer. This matter came on for trial on Thursday, October 2, 1997. Subsequent to trial, the parties engaged in settlement negotiations which culminated in their execution of a Stipulation for Entry of Judgment on Non-Accept Basis. The stipulation provides that respondent shall pay petitioner $40,000 in settlement of his allegations without admitting the allegations; thus, the settlement is on a disputed liability basis. The stipulation further provides that its terms shall become a judgment of the Court. Having read the Stipulation for Entry of Judgment on Non-Accept Basis, and finding good cause, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT the stipulation be and is hereby incorporated as a final judgment of this Court and that the parties shall perform all terms of the stipulation. DATED in Helena, Montana, this 27th day of October, 1996. (SEAL) /s/ Mike
