STATE COMPENSATION INSURANCE FUND Petitioner/Insurer vs. SIMON GEORGE LOUMER Respondent. Based on the Confession of Judgement Without Action and Stipulation Not to Execute entered into by the parties, and good cause otherwise showing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED 1. That judgment on the merits is hereby entered against respondent and in favor of petitioner in the sum of $4,297.31, for overpayment of benefits. 2. Petitioner has a valid lien on all property of respondent, Simon George Loumer, to the extent provided in section 39-71-408, MCA.3. The parties shall comply with all other terms of the Confession of Judgement Without Action and Stipulation Not to Execute. Should respondent fail to make the payments specified in Exhibit A to the Confession, then petitioner may apply to this Court for an Execution of Judgment and proceed with other legal means to enforce the judgment.
