The Petitioner's Motion for Reconsideration of Court's Order Denying Motion to Require Proper Signing of Discovery and Awarding Respondent Attorney Fees and Demand for Oral Hearing came on for hearing on April 18, 1997. Finding good cause, the Court's March 20, 1997, Order awarding attorney fees is rescinded. Attorney fees were not appropriate nor warranted under the circumstances.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
