ORDER CORRECTING TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR IN THE ORDER ON APPEAL

¶1 On November 9, 1999, the Court issued its Order on Appeal. There is a typographical error at paragraph 12, line 2 wherein it is stated that the 1984 claim is dated “August 27, 1997.” The year used is incorrect. It should read 1984.

¶2 THEREFORE, the date set forth in paragraph 12 is corrected to read August 27, 1984.
