The Court held a telephone conference with counsel to discuss respondent's motion to compel production of medical records. Counsel for claimant advised the Court that Sandy Ashley's records have now been produced and that he is diligently attempting to secure the additional records from St. Peter's Hospital. At this time it does not appear that any further action by the Court is needed. Dated in Helena, Montana, this 1st day of May, 1995.
