ORDER VACATING SCHEDULING ORDER

¶1 It appearing that resolution of the outstanding issues in Flynn v. Montana State Fund, WCC No. 2000-0222, will determine what further proceedings are necessary in this case, the current Scheduling Order in effect in this case is vacated. As soon as the Flynn issues are decided, counsel and the Court will again confer and determine the course of further proceedings in this case.

SO ORDERED.
