CARL MILLER vs. MONTANA STATE FUND

The Court held a conference call with Messrs. Rex Palmer, attorney for the claimant, and Thomas E. Martello and Greg E. Overturf, attorneys for the Montana State Fund. The purpose of the conference was to discuss scheduling in this case, which has previously been consolidated with Flynn v. Montana State Fund, WCC No. 2000-0222.

It appearing that resolution of the outstanding issues in Flynn will determine what further proceedings are necessary in this case, I am vacating the current scheduling order. As soon as the Flynn issues are decided, counsel and the Court will again confer and determine the course of further proceedings in this case.
