An attorney fee hearing to determine the amount of attorney fees due in the above-entitled matters under the common fund doctrine came on Tuesday, July 8, 2003, at 10:10 a.m., in the Workers' Compensation Court, Helena, Montana. The Honorable Mike McCarter, Judge of the Workers' Compensation Court, presided. Petitioners, Alexis Rausch, Charles Fisch, and Thomas Frost were represented by Mr. Stephen D. Roberts. Mr. Lon J. Dale and Mr. Monte D. Beck were not present. Respondent was represented by Mr. Bradley J. Luck. Others present on behalf of respondent were Mr. Greg E. Overturf, and Mr. Thomas J. Harrington. Two claimants appeared at the hearing: Richard H. Decker from Billings and Henry A. Buhr from Phillipsburg. The court reporter in this matter was Ms. Connie J. Heiman.
