Following issuance of this Court's Opinion an Order on December 6, 1993, the Workers' Compensation Court received and faxed this Judge Mr. Donald E. Chapman's brief for rehearing signed December 6, 1993. Mr. Chapman argues the reason for the delay being the late time that he received the Findings, Conclusions and Order and the time it takes between Canada and the U.S.

It is the respondent's responsibility to make sure the Court has his appropriate address. Nonetheless, the Court has considered the arguments set forth in Mr. Chapman's brief and believes that they are dealt with in the decision rendered earlier with regard to respondent Pyfer's Motion for Rehearing and, therefore, the reasoning set forth in that Order is incorporated by this reference in this Order. Donald E. Chapman's Motion for Rehearing is hereby denied.
