This Court in its Judgment entered on May 6, 1994 found that the petitioner was entitled to costs. The Court directed the petitioner to file an affidavit of costs and granted respondent/insurer 10 days in which to file its objections. Petitioner filed his BILL OF COSTS on May 25, 1994. The respondent has not objected and the time for filing an objection has expired. The time for appeal of the decision of the Workers' Compensation Court has also expired.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as claimed by petitioner, and without objection by the respondent, that costs in the amount of $2,720.73 be paid forthwith.

This order is authorized by the Judge of the Workers' Compensation Court and signed at his direction.
