ORDER AMENDING CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

APPEALED 1/27/03

¶1 On December 24, 2002, respondent's counsel, Mr. Larry W. Jones, contacted the Court's hearing examiner to advise of a possible error in the Conclusions of Law at ¶ 75 as contained in the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Judgment issued December 19, 2002. The hearing examiner contacted claimant's counsel, Mr. John C. Doubek, regarding the matter. Following discussion, it was clear that a clerical error had been made.

ORDER

¶2 Paragraph 75 of the Conclusions of Law at subparagraph 3, line 2 is amended to read as follows:

I am unpersuaded that claimant has no reasonable prospect of physically performing regular employment.

SO ORDERED.
