On November 12, 1993, respondent's MOTION TO COMPEL AND MEMORANDUM IN SUPPORT was filed with the Court. Respondent seeks answers to discovery which were propounded on August 2, 1993 and August 6, 1993. The petitioner has not responded to the motion and there is no indication in the Court file that the discovery requests have been answered. Obviously sufficient time has been allowed for the petitioner to have responded.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that petitioner respond to the discovery requests of August 2 and August 6, 1993 on or before December 10, 1993.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that failure to respond on or before December 10, 1993, will result in the petition being dismissed.
