¶1 On April 5, 2004, counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Carrie L. Garber, contacted the Court and stated there was an error in the Decision and Judgment dated March 9, 2004, at ¶ 6. Pursuant to the Stipulation filed by counsel on August 27, 2003, the impairment is stated as $227 per week and the Court had stated $226.

¶2 Paragraph 6 of the Decision and Judgment is amended to read as follows:

The impairment award is payable at $227 per week, thus the total impairment award due the claimant is $79,100 if paid out biweekly.
