Greene v. UEF [11/3/03] 2003 MTWCC 64 In light of Rule 54(d), Mont.R.Civ.P., the prior ruling of the Workers' Compensation Court imposing costs on the UEF, Pekus v. Uninsured Employers' Fund and Yakos, 2003 MTWCC 33, is called into question and should be revisited in a future case.

Pekus v. UEF [4/25/03] 2003 MTWCC 33, rev'd on other grounds, 2012 MTWCC 42. Under the Rules of the Workers' Compensation Court, the UEF is subject to an award of costs.
