Householder v. Republic [8/6/01] 2001 MTWCC 41 Fee schedule promulgated pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Act applies only to medical benefits payable under the Act. It is inapplicable where the insurer has neither accepted liability for the claim or at least for the full amount of medical services, nor has been adjudicated liable for the claim.
