On August 4, 1994, this Court entered an Order on Motion to Compel granting claimant's motion to compel in part and denying it in part. The Court also ordered Industrial Indemnity to produce for the Court, for further in camera inspection, readable copies of exhibits which were illegible.

These copies have been provided to the Court, and the Court has reviewed them. The documents are protected by the work product doctrine.

THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT Ms. Ryan's motion to compel production is denied as to documents Volume 1 at 3 and Volume 4 at 126 and 127.
