This matter came on for trial on Thursday, October 2, 1997. Subsequent to trial, the parties engaged in settlement negotiations which culminated in their execution of a Stipulation for Entry of Judgment on Non-Accept Basis. The stipulation provides that respondent shall pay petitioner $40,000 in settlement of his allegations without admitting the allegations; thus, the settlement is on a disputed liability basis. The stipulation further provides that its terms shall become a judgment of the Court.

Having read the Stipulation for Entry of Judgment on Non-Accept Basis, and finding good cause,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT the stipulation be and is hereby incorporated as a final judgment of this Court and that the parties shall perform all terms of the stipulation.
