On October 17, 1997, the Court entered an Order Imposing Sanctions and Compelling Discovery against claimant's counsel, Mr. Milton Datsopoulos. The Order decreed that Mr. Datsopoulos must pay sanctions in the amount of $300 within two weeks of the date of the Order for failure to respond to discovery requests. The Order further stated that claimant's counsel must pay the $300 and not pass this cost on to his client.

On November 5, 1997, the Court received and filed petitioner's Notice of Failure to Comply with Court Order which stated that claimant's counsel has not yet paid petitioner's counsel the $300 sanctions which was due on October 31, 1997.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that within five (5) days of this Order claimant's counsel reply to the Notice of Failure to Comply with Court Order.
