On December 1, 1994, counsel representing the petitioner, Mr. Thomas J. Lynaugh, filed a Motion to Amend Judgment.

On November 23, 1994, this Court issued its Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Judgment wherein at Conclusion of Law No. 4 and at Judgment No. 2 it is stated that the claimant is entitled to temporary total disability benefits retroactive to "March 14, 1993." The year used was a typographical error and incorrect. It should have read 1992.

THEREFORE, the date set forth in Conclusion of Law No. 4 and at Judgment No. 2 is corrected to read March 14, 1992.
