On June 23, 1997, the Court entered its findings of fact, conclusions of law and judgment in the above-entitled matter. The Court has found an incorrect citation in its decision.

THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that on page 5 at the end of the first paragraph of the findings of fact, conclusions of law and judgment dated June 23, 1997 the citation with its predicate sentence be amended to read as follows:

Heavy-labor activity is defined as "the ability to lift over 50 pounds occasionally or up to 50 pounds frequently" § 39-71-703(6)(a), MCA (1993).

Page 5 of the original decision shall be replaced with a corrected page setting forth the correct citation.
