¶1 The Court in its February 11, 1999 Decision and Judgment overlooked costs. Claimant prevailed with regard to the penalty and she is entitled to her costs with respect to that issue.

¶2 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that claimant is entitled to her costs with respect to the penalty. She shall submit a memorandum of costs in accordance with Court rules. ARM 24.5.342.
