On December 27, 1994, petitioner's attorney filed his Affidavit of Costs in the amount of $596.78. By letter dated February 16, 1995, respondent's counsel advised the Court that he had reviewed the affidavit and that "there is nothing contained therein that we find objectionable." Accordingly,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT respondent shall pay to petitioner's attorney, Mr. Norman H. Grosfield, costs in the amount of $596.78.
