¶1 Claimant has filed a motion for reconsideration with respect to the hourly rate used by the Court in computing wage loss, attorney fees, and penalty. The Court fully considered these matters in its original decision and believes its reasoning is sound. As to the allegation that the insurer has delayed payments it agreed to make post-trial, that is a matter outside the scope of the original decision. The motion is denied.
