Petitioner moved for a protective order prohibiting respondent from contacting prospective witnesses and from conducting further video surveillance. A hearing was held on October 30, 1997, in Bozeman, Montana, and the parties thereafter submitted further briefs. The Court finds that the motion is utterly without merit, and it is therefore denied. A memorandum addressing petitioner's specific contentions will follow at a later time.
