ORDER DENYING PETITIONER'S REQUEST FOR RECONSIDERATION

On December 6, 1993, the Court received petitioner's handwritten letter requesting reconsideration of the Findings Of Fact, Conclusions Of Law And Judgment issued November 18, 1993. Attached to the request were additional medical records of examinations and testing which occurred in November 1993. The Court has considered the petitioner's arguments and the medical records; they do not provide good cause to grant a new trial or amend the original decision.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the petitioner's request is denied.
